Having had ongoing issues with ED for about 16 years, I underwent surgery this summer for insertion of an IPP, an inflatable penile prosthesis. I'm still healing up, but I can tell already that I'm going to love being implanted!

Now, I have to stay 50% erect for a few more weeks, but even with a partial erection, my cock is stiffer and girthier than it's been in years! I'll be sure to let you know how this works out once I'm allowed to resume sexual activity. The doc has asked me to abstain from sex until October 6th, but at the moment, I'm thrilled with the result! My erection is bigger and girthier than at it's been in years -- and I'm limited to only 50% inflation until cleared by my surgeon. IPPs have a high satisfaction rating -- around 90%.

Yes, absolutely. I'd love to do a video showing how this modern marvel works. I can't tell you how enthusiastic I am about my implant. Aside from having a small pump inside my scrotum, the thing feels 100 percent natural and allows me to get a massive erection any time I want one. Best of all, my erection doesn't subside after I ejaculate! That means I can screw for an hour if I want to . . . and believe me, I want to! I'm required to refrain from sexual activity until October 15, but after that, I'm going to have a regular fuckfest.

My erection is now larger, longer and girthier than ever. Best of all, it doesn't subside after I ejaculate. I can stay hard as long as I want. I've been semi-erect since receiving my implant three weeks ago, and I have to remain semi-erect another couple of weeks while I heal. Incredibly, it feels 100 percent natural!!
