oh, good god. :bigrin:
let me tell you, it's one thing to chat on this forum and help each other out. it's a different ballgame altogether being in the same room. there is something magical that happens when a room fills up with a bunch of strangers who all happen to be bisexual.
i went to a bi party tonight and i didn't know anyone, except this one older guy that i made friends with a week earlier. there was an equal mix of guys and girls and no one was really there to hook up or get laid. it was just a fun gathering of friends from an online bi community in LA.
within a couple hours, everyone was making friends and we were soon playing truth or dare jinga on the carpet together. into the wee hours of the morning, it turned into just plain truth or dare, as the party dwindled down to the half a dozen now really tight remainders.
it was like being back in high school with the summer friends and the girl i lost my virginity to. we were playing truth or dare, daring each other to kiss and things like that, experimenting and testing the sexual waters. i felt 16 again, playing and flirting with this chick as we were dared to rub noses and nibble each other's legs.
everyone was flirting back and forth and everything seemed to be a sexual joke. no matter what we said, we just followed it with "that's what he or she said!" and, as truth or dare goes, it led to revealing a lot of personal information, but, it didn't matter. it seemed like there was complete confidentiality, even though most of us had never met before. it was instant chemistry.
i just went through a nightmare week with my job (doing a stupid reality show pilot for fuck-head McG!) and fighting with my roommate over accusations that i've gotten "too gay," i really needed that. it was really great just getting to connect with other bi people. and i think that chick totally digs me, so i might go after her. there's more of these to come. i can't wait another month.

About time too young man. Good luck to you both. Remember that she is a person and not a trophy - but you know that.
Warm regards

See? Didnt it feel good to just have some good old, relaxing fun for a change? This is how my lifestyle parties are. Just a bunch of friends (and lovers) that get together with the premise of fun and kick back. If sex enters into the picture, thats ok too, but not expected. :}
I'm so glad that you got out to relax and have some much needed stress relief. :}

I did kinda wonder when I read the headline for the thread---"what do ya do at a Bisexual party? How does it work?"
Well--it does seem that someone had a pretty good idea--it does sound like it was fun-----kudos to those who organized it and that at least a core group had a good time and seemed to rapidly establish some friendships.
Having such a good group as what you found---does seem to be possible in large part to the fact you are in a large and diverse and mostly cool place like LA---I do wonder if such a party would be possible in very many other places though----sorry to say.

Wish someone would organize a few in our area.
I would, but I am a horrible party planner.

about 10-15 years ago I would throw parties at my home about twice a month (often got kegs for free). It was a college town and it quickly became known that my parties were bi friendly. After the 'danes would leave and it was mainly bisexuals (and bi-friendly) left things would get very relaxed and a lot of fun. We often played simultaneous games of T or D and spin the bottle. Any str8 people still there usually left when they found out they had to kiss people of the same gender, too. LOL
But my point is, those were some of the best parties because it is very rare that we could all be ourselves in such a large group of people.

I would love to go to a bisexual party. But I would feel much more comfortable with a woman there with me to ease me into it!

it was indeed a very special night. to be honest, i can imagine that everyone there wanted it to go further. maybe not turn into a roman orgy or anything, but, the truth or dare game seemed to be a big game of chicken to see who would dare to kiss someone, which didn't happen.
not to say it wasn't sexy. it was certainly the hottest time i've had since college. i remembered playing truth or dare in high school, and first learning through the game of bisexuality in boys and girls, so it was like a happy flashback.
with more alcohol and maybe some weed, i'm sure the inhibitions would come down again. this one chick pretty much invited every dare in the world, but nobody would come up with anything more risque than nibble the inside of someone's thigh. which i did.
i think that the more of these games we play the more we will get into it and each other. but, indeed, there is something amazing that happens when we get into room together. i think that bisexuality gives us a dual attraction to all other people, but when we react to each other, it's like a natural bond that's twice as intense. to feel that kind of chemistry in the same room is unreal. it's like ecstasy.

There is a great difference between a "Bisexual Party" as described in this thread and a "Bisexual Sex Party." I prefer the latter. I belong to three different groups that hold "Bisexual Sex Parties" on a regular basis.
It's great to be at a party with couples, singles, crossdressers, and TG's. There are so many opportunities. I've had oral and anal sex with both males and females, cross dressers and TGs, both giving and receiving. Ive been the recipient of a strap-on; shared a double dildo with a lady; and given oral attention to both men and women as they are engaged inn intercourse.
It sure beats playing Truth or Dare or discussing how we like to be with both sexes.
I know that there are those of you who are in monogamous relationships and would never think of such activities. For myself, I am on the other end of the spectrum. After 38 years of marriage and losing 2 wives to cancer, my days of having committed relationships are over. I plan to spend my remaining years giving and receiving as much pleasure as possible. At least for now, it's working.
I attend parties, meet with couples, and have one-on-ones with both men and women. I have sex, generally, 3 to 5 times a week, and it's all good.
