Oh good grief. This is ludicrous and scary all at once.
What will they think of next? :( Stupid lil chits...
Pranks used to be picking up somebodys volksvagen and putting it up on the sidewalk, or painting a Jock's tires pink. Or glueing someones mail box shut, filling someones bike tires with water, making boobs out of snow and putting pink toilet paper in them for nipples, tapeing a million condoms to the principals car, or something harmless like that. These little bastards nowdays are just plain malicious and scary.:(:disgust:
Makes you understand why some animals Eat their young...:(

Yes Ma'am I did. And all of our pranks were aimed at fun, not at harming someone. There was a chick when I was in High school whose family was pretty well to do, and she looked down on anyone that was from reservation property, and who wasnt (Her quote) quite white..
She was such a shit that someone carved a large Cock and glued it to the hood of Daddy's car that she drove so proudly, along with a note that said "Here, if you get some maybe you'll feel better in the morning"
It was beautifully carved, too! About a foot tall, 4-5 inches around, stained and polished, big balls on the bottom. Truly a work of art..LMAO
She liked to have had a coronary, so the Janitor tried pulling it off, but it apoxyed real tight. He's straining to pull it off, one foot on the side of the car pulling, and it aint budging. He was grunting and groaning and making faces.
While he's trying to yank it off, every body was Dying laughing and someone was making, "Oh pull it harder, no, up and down, not sideways, yees! Yesss!" noises, which only made us laugh more. And Misty Trainer was fit to be tied, she was sooo mad. lol The automative shop took the hood off and released the large cock with acetone and handed Misty the cock in Anatomy class later that next day..LMAO
See? Pranks like that were funny and cause no one any harm...except to Mr. Jankins who strained his back trying to yank the giant cock off her car....lol

I hope that those who do this sort of "punking" really do think through the possible highly negative consequences of such things before they do it----it is only a matter of time that there will be a situation arise thanks to this--someone is going to die because either some law enforcement officers, an occupant of a home being raided like this or both are going to get shot and killed.
With all of the guns that people have---the police are lucky they haven't been met with deadly force when they make their assault on people's homes----one time many years ago back in Florida----a SWAT team was doing a no knock warrant raid on a suspected drug dealer in the wee hours of night---the guy shot and killed one of the cops----since he did not have any prior criminal record to the raid----he was ok legally to have the weapon---and even though they tried to prosecute him for killing the Sheriff's Deputy----he was cleared of the charges with the findiing of a special grand jury that he acted in self-defense and on top of that----they found no drugs, drug paraphanelia or any other signs he was dealing drugs or growing pot--which is what they said their information said he was doing.
I am not usually one for imposition of harsh sentences for most crimes--but I feel a good way to nip this in the bud---since a person is using a communications tool like the intenet to engage in this act---by definition the act becomes a federal matter and therefore should become a high level federal crime-----with conviction leading to a minimum mandatory sentence in the range of ten years or so in federal prison---and make sure that fact is highly publicized via the web and public service announcements on broadcast media-----
I am sure that in drafting such legislation--the legal rationale can be found to justify making such conduct a very serious crime.
I really cannot get over the stupidity of some people-----in the climate of today--to make a call saying there is such a serious situation that a SWAT team needs to be deployed----is simply nothing less than irresponsiblity of the highest order--do those dodo heads not watch those realty shows about real SWAT teams in action??? Police tactical teams don't fuck around!!!
STUPID!!!!! REALLY FUCKING STUPID!!!! Anybody that stupid deserves to have his dumb ass rot in a correctional institution for a few years and become some big dude's prison bitch!!!!!!

I agree wholeheartedly Volty. Can you say "Lawsuit" Boys and Girls? I damn sure would be. If the kid had anything to sue for or Not. Then make sure his lil dumb ass was in there for as long as they'd keep him!! :soapbox::cop::cop:

I concur, and a cherry on top Volt.
However, consider the OTHER more threatening outcome of this kind of stupidity.
Because it is an FCC offense, enough of it will prompt more invasive legislation to take yet more of our privacy and anonymity away. Now everything has to be bugged, and traced, and monitored to keep up with activities that otherwise depend on little more than good faith and fair use. What would such legislation mean for everyone else who uses 911 properly? That you can't get help quickly enough because of new protocols in place to insure that you are not lying when you say you are bleeding to death on the sidewalk.
It might also prompt legislation that could in the long run wipe out Internet or any other kind of anonymity. Remember we're talking about misuse of communication lines and equipment. So you wouldn't be able to just 'get on' the Internet anymore or pick up a phone and dial. You can think this through ad nauseum and God only knows what in such a case we'd be forced to endure as a result.
10 years is not enough...
