Last month there were pride parades in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
The Tel Aviv happening, like in many other gay capitals, was a carnival with trucks, dancers, semi nudity and open shows... A lot of photos apear in this gallery (and you're invited :)) :

In Jerusalem the parade is more political, and solid. There was a strong resistance of religious groups and a painful incident. One orthodox person who managed to pass the police securing and stabbed 3 people. They were moderately injured , but the parade continued in spite of the incident. With strong meaning and saying against hatred and violence. Here are the photos from there:
