Had a catheter for 10 days while in the hospital. It was not a folly catheter.
I was not obsessed about sex during my hospital stay.
Rather, my thoughts were about if I was going to live or die.
So, like you, I did not jerk off for more than 2 weeks.

To my knowledge, I've never been catheterized, but were that to happen, I'm sure my concern wouldn't be jerking off. It would be getting that damned thing out of me! I've heard that they're quite uncomfortable and makes it feel like you have to pee all the time...

I'm kind of surprised your care team has left in a Foley catheter for an extended period of time - the risk of infection increases significantly after 3 days.

Been there. Had zero interest in erections with a catheter in me. In fact, a semi-erection can be a bit uncomfortable.

The only good thing about having a catheter in is that you don't have to get up to pee in the middle of the night.

It's not unusual to leave a cath in place when healing bladder surgeries. By keeping the bladder drained and not stretching and distending with urine the bladder has a chance to heal properly.

Let’s not and say I did. I’ve had them put in because of surgeries - and I was knocked out. Taking them out? Ugh. But no thoughts about sex while it was in due to being concerned with having to have a surgery.

I had an infection in my prostate. They want me to see a Urologist to get it removed and tested. The infection was so bad My blood pressure and heart rate fell to the point they kept me in the cardio ward for the 4 of July weekend

Had a former flatmate that had one in on a permanent basis, the tube and bag was changed every week, and he used to have sex, with it in......

So I asked a good friend that is a former nurse, and she said its possible but not recommended because cumming can cause a blockage or build up in the body or the urethra, because the cum has to go around the outside of the catheter and out of the penis, and it can result in UTIs ( urinary tract infections )

IF you are going to play with yourself, use some lube on the catheter first, to prevent drag or pulling on the catheter as you get erect, use a loose or semi firm grip on your cock with one hand, and hold the catheter with the other.......and bear in mind, it may not be as pleasant to cum as you may think.......

If possible, go for a prostrate orgasm instead, less problems.......

Another option is to find a sounding group and ask them....sounding is when you stick things like metal rods in your cock, and if anybody would know about the best ways to cum with a catheter, they would, lol.......

I had a Foley for 10 days after prostate surgery (Rezum). It felt like an eternity with a rolled-up piece of fresh 80-grit sandpaper stuffed up my urethra.
