Obviously I am generalizing here, but it is something I have wondered about a lot and I think that (in general) it holds true. The majority of straight men seem to find the idea of lesbianism or woman/woman to be very hot and arousing (even if it is often times fake.) On the flip side, however, very few women seem to find gay male sex arousing. In fact I would wager they are just as grossed out by it as straight men are.

Why do you think this is? Is it just something to do with the fact that men are more visual sexually so they like the view of two (or more) women together whereas this same equation does not work vice versa? Let me hear your thoughts as I would be interested.

I am not at all sure that your supposition is true. Have you ever looked into Internet slash porn. There are many many sites and groups catering to women with MM porn. I don't have an answer to this. As a lesbian I don't find man2man sex a turn on. Even in the days when I considered myself bisexual it never interested me. Yet it has never left me cold.
