I'm not sure of the exact definition of "Hung," but I will say that most people lie on hook up sites or else are really bad with a tape measure. I look on sites like Adam4Adam and see the average guy on there saying he's 8-9 inches. Give me a break. Average is 5-5.5. I'd much prefer average anyway. I think I'd define "hung" as 9+ inches. 0-5 is small, 5-6 inches is average, 6-7 1/2 would probably be described as above average, 7 1/2 to 9 would be large, and 9+ would be "hung". Maybe I'm over-thinking this, but I think "hung" should be used sparingly, just like "VGL" or "BBW". When a term just becomes a buzzword, it loses meaning.
